    Motorsport Network partners with Optamor

    We’re thrilled to announce a new partnership between Motorsport Network and Optamor.

    Optamor has won a recruitment outsourcing contract with Motorsport Network, delivering top talent to meet the latter’s growth objectives. 

    Launched in 2015, Motorsport Network is a privately-held global media and technology company. It owns and operates multiple brands - including motorsport.com, autosport.cominside EVs.com and motorsporttickets.com  - that represent the world’s largest audience of car fans. Its content is published across 15 languages, with a global reach of 81 countries. 

    THE SOLUTION

    Optamor is providing a flexible, project-based RPO solution, involving the implementation of an efficient and governed process for securing talent. 

    Everything we do will be focused on attracting a diverse pool of talent in an innovative way. Nothing about this solution is out-of-the box, we will be harnessing the power of market insights data and Motorsport Network’s employee value proposition (EVP) to capture the attention of external talent. Rather than relying on expensive third party advertising, we will be directing candidates to Motorsport Network’s own website, providing cost savings and raising brand awareness. 

    THE TEAM

    The direct sourcing and service delivery team includes Natasha Read, Gemma Humphries and Zoe Howgill, with implementation led by Hayley Old and Claire Proudlove. 

    Project Lead and Director of Client Relationships , Zoe Howgill, said of the partnership: “ We’re so pleased to be working with a like-minded company, who believes in the power of data and doing things differently.
